✅ Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Used items

  • Items not in a resalable condition

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different item?
The fastest way is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.

💳 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved returns will be refunded either:

    • By credit note (default), or

    • To your original payment method (upon request)

Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
